Merrily’s passions are her children, coaching and riding horses. A native Californian she has been a practicing RN for 28 years, and a Professional Life and Business Coach for 6 years. She received her BSN with honors from East Carolina University and was a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society of Nursing. She is a licensed RN and now utilizes her extensive nursing experience and coaching expertise working with nurses and nursing students as a Founding Executive Partner in the Shift Change Coaching Group.
